Today I am doing a post on my favourite re-reads. Books I can just re-read over and over again and still be in love with them. Whenever I get into a book slump I usually go to these books to help me get out of it and plus, I just love reading these books.

Poison Study is my all time favourite book! I read this when I was about 15 and I always have to re-read it over and over again. Especially since she brought out some more books in the series and I just love the world and the characters and is definitely my favourite book of all time.
Cath and Wren are identical twins, and until recently they did absolutely everything together. Now they're off to university and Wren's decided she doesn't want to be one half of a pair any more - she wants to dance, meet boys, go to parties and let loose. It's not so easy for Cath. She's horribly shy and has always buried herself in the fan fiction she writes, where she always knows exactly what to say and can write a romance far more intense than anything she's experienced in real life. Without Wren Cath is completely on her own and totally outside her comfort zone. She's got a surly room-mate with a charming, always-around boyfriend, a fiction-writing professor who thinks fan fiction is the end of the civilized world, a handsome classmate who only wants to talk about words ...And she can't stop worrying about her dad, who's loving and fragile and has never really been alone. Now Cath has to decide whether she's ready to open her heart to new people and new experiences, and she's realizing that there's more to learn about love than she ever thought possible ... BUY HERE!
This book is one I adore so much. When I first read it I felt like I was reading about myself when I was 17/18. It's just a fun filled story about relationships, friendships, family and fanfiction and it's just the best!
Natasha: I'm a girl who believes in science and facts. Not fate. Not destiny. Or dreams that will never come true. I'm definitely not the kind of girl who meets a cute boy on a crowded New York City street and falls in love with him. Not when my family is twelve hours away from being deported to Jamaica. Falling in love with him won't be my story. Daniel: I've always been the good son, the good student, living up to my parents' high expectations. Never the poet. Or the dreamer. But when I see her, I forget about all that. Something about Natasha makes me think that fate has something much more extraordinary in store - for both of us. The Universe: Every moment in our lives has brought us to this single moment. A million futures lie before us. Which one will come true? BUY HERE!
This is one book I have read recently and just instantly fell in love. I have re-read it a few times after the first time and it's still just as brilliant and beautiful as the first time. It's an amazing diverse book that just gave me all the feels and I just love Nicola's writing.
A dark enchantment blights the land in the award-winning Uprooted - a enthralling, mythic fantasy by Naomi Novik, author of the Temeraire series. Agnieszka loves her village, set deep in a peaceful valley. But the nearby enchanted forest casts a shadow over her home. Many have been lost to the Wood and none return unchanged. The villagers depend on an ageless wizard, the Dragon, to protect them from the forest's dark magic. However, his help comes at a terrible price. One young village woman must serve him for ten years, leaving all they value behind. Agnieszka fears her dearest friend Kasia will be picked at the next choosing, for she's everything Agnieszka is not - beautiful, graceful and brave. Yet when the Dragon comes, it's not Kasia he takes. BUY HERE!
This book is one that I read last year and I was just instantly transported to that world. I was happy that it was just a standalone as it ended perfectly but I just want more and more from this series but it's just brilliant and amazing and if you haven't read it yet then you should as it will just take you on this journey through this fantasy land and you'll never want to leave.
Today in the post I received some wonderful goodies from the lovely people over at My Kinda Book. They are having a #MKBParty over on Twitter! People who signed up got some boxes full of goodies to host a MKB party and some bloggers, like me, got some wonderful gifts this morning to do with it. The idea behind MKB party is to just have fun with your friends, whether they're with you or online and to read some of the wonderful books MKB have published!
I went online to see what books people had picked and I chose 3 of those.
Beautiful, Broken, Things by Sara Barnard - A book I have read early this year and adored! Sara has a new book coming out next year so it was great to give her first book a re-read and it was just as fantastic as the first time I read it. Sara is a fantastic writer and if you haven't read this book yet you definitely need too!
Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell - This is one of my all time favourite books. I read this last year and instantly fell in love with it. I have re-read it a few times and re-reading it again was just as wonderful as the first time. I just love Cath and Levi and I fangirl a lot over this book.
The Lie Tree by Frances Hardinge - I was excited to pick this book as I hadn't read it yet and MKBParty has given me the chance to finally pick it up. It was just as good as everyone had said I will have a review up for it pretty soon, once I can get all my thoughts back together at that wonderful book! -buy the illustrated copy here-
Now to show you the goodies I got!
First was this cute little notebook. It's bright yellow and has significant life events on the front of it. I just love it so much because it's so bright and I am definitely going to write down my life events in it.
Next where two pink pencils with mykindabook on them and an awesome bookmark and I just love these little touches and I don't want to use them and ruin them but I know they will come in hand!!
Next had to be my favourite thing from this parcel and it's this Fangirl travel mug! I was so excited to see this in the package and I can't wait to start using it! The quote is, "Did you just stop by to say hi?" "No, I came for coffee" and I loooooove it.
Last was a candle! It was inspired by The Lie Tree and it smells like vanilla and I don't want to burn it but it just smells and looks so good!
So thank you again to MKB for these goodies and I can't wait to carry on with reading some more tomorrow. If you haven't checked out the #MKBParty hashtag on twitter you really need too! Loads of fun is happening and quite a few giveaways are going on if you want to win yourself some of these wonderful goodies.
Today I have 4 books to talk about that I am so excited for that sadly, don't come out till next year :( I don't want to wish the year away but, if it could hurry up to these book releases that would be great.
Sixteen-year-old Starr lives in two worlds: the poor neighbourhood where she was born and raised and her posh high school in the suburbs. The uneasy balance between them is shattered when Starr is the only witness to the fatal shooting of her unarmed best friend, Khalil, by a police officer. Now what Starr says could destroy her community. It could also get her killed. Inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, this is a powerful and gripping YA novel about one girl's struggle for justice. Movie rights have been sold to Fox, with Amandla Stenberg (The Hunger Games) to star.

I have something exciting happening today on my blog as today is the release day of The Christmas Project by Maxine Morrey!
HAPPY PUBLICATION DAY! November is a great time to start reading festive books and this one is a fantastic Christmas read that I think everyone would enjoy!
Professional organiser Kate Stone has never – NEVER – been tempted to hit a client over the head with a snow shovel, but Michael O'Farrell is the most obnoxious – and heart-stoppingly gorgeous – man she has ever met. If he weren't her best friend’s brother, she would not have waited on his doorstep in the freezing cold for five minutes, let alone an hour.
Kate knows, however, that her job isn’t just about tidying up, sometimes she needs to be part therapist too, and Michael clearly needs her help to declutter his heart as well as his home.
But with the festive season just around the corner there isn’t much time to get Michael’s house ready for the O’Farrell family celebrations, but everyone knows that at Christmas anything can happen…
