Hello everyone and welcome to my first publishing post of 2018! If you where following my post from last year I decided to do a post on a different publishing house/imprint and talk about my favourite books from them and books I can't wait for from them! Today, I am talking about Harper Voyager. I want to talk about one of my favourite series they publish by the talented Sabaa Tahir. I was lucky enough to recieve a proof of the first book; An Ember In The Ashes and instantly fell in love. I have the hardbacks, the paperbacks and, I plan on getting the new versions of them when they're out, the UK and US covers because they look beautiful. This is my all time favourite series and Sabaa left A Torch Against The Night on such a cliffhanger that I badly need A Reaper at the Gates which, isn't out till April and I've never needed a book more in my life. Another one of my favourite authors they publish is Jay Kristoff. Nevernight is brilliant! One of the best books I read in 2016 and then Godsgrave last year just made it even better. I can't get over these books and if you haven't started them you really need too! Now to talk about the books they are publishing that I cannot wait for- The City of Brass by S. Chakraborty - I have heard some many amazing things about this book and I cannot wait to pick it up myself. 'Step into THE CITY OF BRASS, the spellbinding debut from S. A. Chakraborty in which the fate of a magical kingdom rests in the hands of a defiant young con artist.' Godblind by Anna Stephens - I never read this when it first came out but, the paperback is out soon and I plan on picking it up as I've heard really good things! 'Vulnerable to the blood-thirsty greed of the Warrior-King Liris and the Mireces army waiting in the mountains GODBLIND is an incredible debut from a dazzling new voice of the genre.' The Forever Ship by Francesca Haig - This is the final book in this trilogy and I've never started this trilogy *hides* I've heard amazing things about the first two books and I just need to read them before this book is out! 'As the stunning Fire Sermon trilogy comes to a close, the final struggle between Zach and Cass has begun a struggle that will jeopardize not only the future of Elsewhere but the future of the world. What started with fire may end with fire.' What books do you love from HarperVoyager? Anything I need to read? I just adore the books they publish and I can't wait to see what they publish the future!
