Dev and his friends are back with more mind-bending tech in this third instalment of the Inventory series. The World Consortium is recruiting more agents to defend the most advanced technology the world isn't ready for, and it's up to Dev, Lottie and Mase to train them up for action. But will they be ready before Shadow Helix's next strike? And has Dev uncovered all the secrets of his past, or is there more to know about his special abilities?

My review

~I was sent a copy from the publishers-all opinions are my own~

I give it - 5/5

My review - My, this series just gets better and better.

If you've never started this series before it is about Dev. He lives at the inventory with his uncle which are keeping loads of things hidden that have been banned or are known to be very dangerous if they get into the wrong hands and that is what happens.

We follow Dev and his friends as they go after these thieves trying to stop them. There are a lot of obstacles thrown in their way and not only that, there are so many twist and turns that you will be on a rollarcoaster ride and you better strap in for it.

I love how we get introduced to new characters and inventions each book. It really keeps the series going as you want to know what is going to happen and what are Dev and his friends going to do about.

There is a mystery in this book and I was just shocked and wasn't expecting whatsoever and that is what is great about this series. It gives you things you aren't expecting and it's very exciting. I am already waiting on the next book as I need answers as the ending of this book just left me needing more.

This series is really gripping and Black Knight is my favourite so far. It is so gripping and you won't be able to put it down until you've finished it and even then you'll need the next book straight away and I just can't wait to see what happens. I love just how Andy has brought this story to life and his writing just flows so nicely.
