Charlie Calloway has a life most people would kill for - a tight-knit family, a loyal set of friends, and top grades a privileged boarding school. But Charlie's never been interested in what most people want. Like all Calloways, she's been taught that she's different, special - better. So when her school's super-exclusive secret society extends a mysterious invitation, Charlie's determination to get in is matched only by her conviction that she belongs there.
But their secrets go deeper than she knows.
Charlie finds herself thrust into the centre of a decades-old mystery - one that implicates her family in not one terrible crime, but two. Uncovering their past may destroy everything she knows - or give her the answer she's always craved: Who or what was behind her mother's disappearance ten years ago?

My review - This book is so beautifully written. I was so caught up in this story, how the writing flowed together nicely and I just couldn't stop reading as I was swept away into this story full of drama, secrets, lies and deceit. The plot of this book had me really intrigued and I just couldn't put it down. I had to know the truth, I had to know what was going on. I also love the different chapters from Charlie and her mother Grace! It really gives you more insight to the story and their lives without giving too much away as you will still be wondering what happened to her mother all those years ago.
Charlie has everything or so it seems. When she gets invited to join a secret society at her school she doesn't know this will start all of the events for her to uncover the truth about something she never thought she would have to figure out. She is thrust into the secrets of her families past. With her digging deeper into her families secrets, what she might uncover might ruin and destroy everything she has ever known and believed. A story full of wonderful characters, danger, lies and so much more.
This book is brilliant. The story is woven brilliantly throughout the pages and it will keep you gripped and on the edge of your seats. There is a mystery around Charlies family and I wanted to know as much as she did. With her delving deeper into the truth she doesn't realise how much this might ruin things but, she has to know. She wants to know.
A real page turner. You will not be able to put down this book that is filled with suspense, drama and so much more!

My review - Another brilliant book from the Dare series. These are some of my favourite books. They are a cute size to keep in your bag and full of romance that sometimes you just want and need. I really enjoyed No Strings, the characters where really interesting and of course the book was filled with some hot scenes, drama and romance.
There is a dating app called NOST short for No Strings. The app creator Xavier doesn't believe in love and happily ever afters he'd rather just have sex, no strings and move on. Emma is a writer and she gets talked into using the app to try and get her dating life back on track. But, one night with each other things might change. Will Xavier think there might be more than just these 48 hours between them or will he just push past these feelings?
I really love this story. It was more than just finding someone for a hook up it also talks about the safety of online dating. Of how people aren't really who they say they are on a dating app and when someone takes an interest in Emma, someone who can't take no for an answer, Xavier might start re-thinking things about this app and also his relationship with Emma. With both of them trying to move on from things in their past and now with this happening can they both overcome their fears and their past to move on and finally have a happily ever after? Or will someone try and make sure that doesn't happen?
A fantastic book in the Dare series. Full of two characters who have had their hearts broken and just want a hook up but, this could lead to something better, something they both need in their lives to finally be happy. Emma and Xavier are two people you will be rooting for. I can't wait to read more from the dare series and I can't recommend this one enough.
