I give it - 4/5
My review - I am a sucker for single dad romance stories. I really am. I love the relationship between the father and child and then the woman who comes into their lives. They are always a quick fun read full of heart and they always have an important theme behind them and this book was no different.
In this book we meet Garrett who has just got the shock of a lifetime. He has a daughter called Sophie who has been left in his care and he has no idea how to care of a child. Especially one so quite.
With the help of Libby, who is also a single parent of her son Noah, they are able to sort out an agreement that helps them both with their jobs. But, spending more time together make their feelings grow stronger but, What is Libby hiding? And what is she running from?
And will her past catch up to her and she will have to run again?
This book deals with a lot. Libbys past isn't the best and she had to get away to protect herself and her son. What she doesn't expect to find is a family and friends who are willing to help her.
A wonderful story that is quick read that I think everyone will enjoy.
