Angra is alive, his Decay is spreading and no one is safe.
Meira will do anything to save her world. With Angra trying to break through her mental defenses, she desperately needs to learn to control her own magic so when the leader of a mysterious Order from Paisly offers to teach her, Meira jumps at the chance. But the true solution to stopping the Decay lies in a labyrinth deep beneath the Season Kingdoms. To defeat Angra, Meira will have to enter the labyrinth, destroy the very magic she s learning to control-- and make the biggest sacrifice of all.
Mather will do anything to save his queen. He needs to rally the Children of the Thaw, find Meira and finally tell her how he really feels. But with a plan of attack that leaves no kingdom unscathed and a major betrayal within their ranks, winning the war and protecting Meira slips farther and farther out of reach.
Ceridwen will do anything to save her people. Angra had her brother killed, stole her kingdom, and made her a prisoner. But when she s freed by an unexpected ally who reveals a shocking truth behind Summer s slave trade, Ceridwen must take action to save her true love and her kingdom, even if it costs her what little she has left.
As Angra unleashes the Decay on the world, Meira, Mather, and Ceridwen must bring the kingdoms of Primoria together or lose everything.

My review

~I was sent a copy from the publishers - all opinions are my own~

I give it - 5/5

My review - Now THIS is how you finish a trilogy. My good god this was perfect. It was everything I needed in a finale and more.

Sara Raasch is fantastic and this world she has created, along with the characters, has just blew me away and I am really going to miss these books-I'll probably re-read it soon- I didn't know what I wanted with the ending of these books only for it to be perfect and in my eyes, it was.

I did cry at certain scenes I have to say, if you've read it then, cry with me.

Not enough people talk about this trilogy and EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ IT. I will be suggesting this to everyone because I need to discuss and just fangirl over it.

AND can we talk about how my ship sailed? Thank you Sara.

What I really loved about this book was that not only did we get Meira and Mather chapters we got Ceridwen chapters! She is a fierce character who I absolutely adore so much and I was so happy we got chapters from her. She is a strong character who has been through a lot and knows what she wants to fight for and who she wants to fight for. Because certain scenes just made my heart flutter and i'm just saying a book about Ceridwen would be great....

Meira is trying her hardest in this book, she knows what she has to do and how to do it but, is she prepeared to do it and leave the ones she loves behind? With Angra's decay spreading can she stop him before it's too late?

This book had everything, magic, drama, battles, more magic, love, heartache A LOT OF HEARTACHE-the time I cried-but, it was all wrapped up nicely in this book and I just want to hug Sara for writing this wonderful trilogy.

The characters are wonderful, the world is perfect and the story was one of the best stories I have ever read. I am a big fan of fantasy books and this trilogy is defiantly at the top of my list. I'm sad to say goodbye to these characters but I cannot wait to see what Sara writes next because I am excited.

If you haven't read this trilogy defiantly give it a go as it will grip you from the beginning and it won't let you go until you have finished all the books. I finished all 3 books in two days- I stayed up most of the night to finish them-as I felt like I was part of this world, fighting along Meira and the rest of these characters and that is the best part of a fantasy book and you know you love it that much when it feels like you've been transported to their world.
