My review - I expected nothing less than Melinda to rip out my heart with this book. In a good way, kind of.
This book was so dark and brilliant. I love Melinda as a person, she is witty and just my favourite and it shows in this book how brilliant she is. She ended this trilogy so well. The way all the books tie in with each other and what she did with all the characters and how they grew throughout the series was just fantastic. You can also see how much she has grew as a writer and that each book in this trilogy just got better and better.
I cannot wait to see what she writes next as she is already on my auto buy list.
If you haven't started this trilogy yet you need too. The first book, The Sin Eaters Daughter is about Twylla, a girl who is the castles secret weapon. She can kill with a single touch. But, something is lurking in the dark, with new friends and possibly a new love, can she stop it before it's too late or will the darkness and the sleeping prince take over? And what secrets are getting kept from Twylla?
We meet some wonderful new characters in the second book and it was all rounded off nicely in the last book. I love how it was just brought together and I love Errin. She's so sassy and my favourite character.
Again, if you haven't started this trilogy please do. It is filled with darkness, heartache, romance, humour and so much more. Melinda has written one of my favourite trilogies ever and I can't wait to re-read it all over again.
